Perform deployments, support and maintenance for clients (onsite /remote)
Participate in a support structure which provides 24/7 technical support (weekend on-call
rotation basis)
Prepare technical documentations for Root Cause Activity, Preventive Maintenance and any
related to technical documentations
What You Need to Know?
Basic knowledge and experience in Linux (e.g : RedHat, SUSE, CentOS)
Basic understanding about server, virtualization and TCP/IP network
Basic understanding on DB and cluster environment (e.g MariaDB, MySQL)
Basic scripting and automation skill (eg. Ansible, BASH, Phyton)
1-2 years working experience in the IT field (fresh graduate is welcome to apply)
ITIL Certification is an added advantage
