Job Purpose

We are looking for a driver with a composed driving style who prioritizes safety, responsibility, and strict adherence to all traffic laws. Driver cum Office Assistant is responsible for providing reliable and safe transportation services, ensuring the company vehicle is well-maintained, and performing various office support tasks to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport CEO, clients, and visitors to and from designated locations as per schedule or request.
  • Deliver and collect official documents, packages, and parcels as assigned.
  • Perform airport pickups/drop-offs, outstation trips, or other official travel requirements.
  • Ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a log of vehicle usage, including mileage, fuel, and destinations.
  • Regularly inspect the company vehicle(s) for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, fuelled, and always ready for use.
  • Schedule routine vehicle servicing, including oil changes, tire rotations, and general check-ups.

  • Ensuring that all company vehicles are properly maintained and operate smoothly, including handling matters with authorities and renewing insurance to comply with operational standards.

Requirements

General Office Assistance:

Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including common areas and meeting rooms

Provide support during office events

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (CEO)

 

Job Requirements: –

    1. Minimum SPM Certification
    2. Must have a valid driving license
    3. Independent and Responsible
