Your Roles

Our clients needs expert advise and guidance in implementing solutions for managing and leveraging their data for improving their business. Your primary goal will be to help clients in designing, implementing and supporting data platforms that run critical workloads for our clients that drive business improvement. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and delivering them successfully. Your expertise in Linux servers, data platforms, DevOps, cloud services, cyber security, networking, Infrastructure-as-Code and data center hardware is crucial in assuring our clients that their data and data infrastructure are safe, working optimally and in good hands.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Abyres, you will play a crucial role in driving our business within the government sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key government clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored IT solutions to enhance their operations.

In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and achieving revenue targets. You will actively seek new business opportunities, manage the proposal process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate government markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential government clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring compliance with government regulations and requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, government initiatives, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT sector, with a focus on government clients.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
