Your Roles

Our clients needs expert advise and guidance in implementing solutions for managing and leveraging their data for improving their business. Your primary goal will be to help clients in designing, implementing and supporting data platforms that run critical workloads for our clients that drive business improvement. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and delivering them successfully. Your expertise in Linux servers, data platforms, DevOps, cloud services, cyber security, networking, Infrastructure-as-Code and data center hardware is crucial in assuring our clients that their data and data infrastructure are safe, working optimally and in good hands.

Department: Human Resources

Scope of Work

  • Document Filing & Record Management – Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining HR and administrative records (hardcopy and softcopy).
  • Data Entry & Updating Systems – Input employee details, attendance, and other related information into HR or admin systems.
  • Recruitment Support – Assist in scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and contacting candidates.
  • Onboarding Assistance – Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits.
  • Office Administration Support – Handle basic office tasks.
  • Assist in House Meeting & Event Coordination.
  • Employee Engagement Activities – Assist HR in preparing simple engagement activities such as birthday celebrations or small team events.
  • Correspondence Handling – Draft simple letters, memos, or emails under guidance of HR/Admin staff.
  • Ad-hoc Support – Provide support to HR team for any other assigned tasks when necessary.
