Job Brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. "Specially crafted package for an excellent candidate".

(Coming from IT and having a sales background in information technology is an advantage to the candidate).

Responsibilities
- Having a right mindset to lead the team towards achieving success
- Manages, leads, mentors a group of sales people, and oversees the sales and operation
- You will be responsible to drive the team to achieve the yearly sales target
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Maintain and create healthy sales pipelines, planning and forecasting
- Ability to accurately sales forecast
- Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems
- To come out with better sales models on budget and strategic direction of accounts
- To understand client’s business needs and objectives

Qualification
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in the same field/or in sales industry
- Previous experience as a sales manager, or sales and marketing director
- Proven sales leader experience, and proven sales track record
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong understanding of Information Technologies Infra (IT) and network security is an added advantage
- Minimum Diploma/or Degree in a related field or the equivalents
- A deep understanding of the market services/products
- A great communicator and good presentation skills

Salary + Commission: Between MYR8,000 - MYR15,500
